KAWAIISoftware

03 / About

Two founders.
Two hemispheres.
One team.

Kawaii Software exists because of a geographic accident we decided to weaponise: one founder in Palermo, one in Perth, twelve hours apart. Your project gets a working day that covers most of the clock.

01 / Why Italy + Australia

workday that never ends. Deliberately.

Palermo and Perth sit six to seven hours apart. When the European office wraps up, notes and code are handed to Australia — reviewed, continued, and handed back before Europe's first coffee. Twice a day, every day.

For clients in the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, Canada and South Africa, it means someone senior is awake in your business hours — and your deadlines get two workdays for every calendar day.

02 / Leadership

You talk to the people who build.

PM

Paride Misuraca

Co-founder · Palermo, Italy

Paride leads Kawaii Software's European operations from Palermo. Cisco-certified in networking and security, he runs the studio's penetration testing practice and builds the backend and automation layers behind our client systems. He builds with the same assumption he tests with: that every system will eventually be attacked, and should be ready.

LT

Leo Termine

Co-founder · Perth, Australia

Leo leads Kawaii Software's Asia-Pacific operations from Perth, picking up every project the moment Europe signs off. He builds the product and integration side of the studio's work and runs delivery for clients across Australia and the US — the reason they never wait for Europe to wake up.

03 / Principles

How we stay small and serious.

01

Senior-only, no handoffs

The people you meet on the first call are the people who write the code. Nothing gets passed down a chain.

02

You talk to the people who build

No account managers, no translation layer. Questions get answered by someone with the codebase open.

03

Security-minded by default

We run a security testing practice, and it shows in everything we ship: least privilege, audit trails, no shortcuts with your data.
